The Dog House
The Dog House is the place where I like to feature my work with the dogs.
I have four American Brittanies, also known as Brittany Spaniels. The oldest of our dogs is Copper who will be 12 in September. Then there's Cosmo who just turned 10 around Mother's Day. He is a very smart dog and can actually open up storm doors and french doors - no matter what direction they open! Two were strays we rescued from shelters. I found Artemis on the internet through American Brittany Rescue. At the time about a year old and now around 6yrs, she is our only female. Eight wonderful and caring volunteers drove her across from Michigan to meet us in Pennsylvania where we continued the last leg home. Last but definitely not least there is Winston. He had been abandoned at a local park and was found suffering from abuse and malnutrition before finding a forever home with my family. Shortly after Winston began to live with us I discovered he was going and now is blind. The vet thinks he is about 7-9 years old. He is the absolute sweetest dog in the world and the inspiration for my new product line "blind dog".
